In short - Morra

Morra is a new Icelandic design label by fashion designer Signý Þórhallsdóttir. Her first collection is called Sveigar, and it consists of printed silk scarves and posters based on pen and ink illustrations of Icelandic summer plants: small flowers, resilient plants, and invasive species.

From early June to September, Signý will set up a workspace in the entrance hall of the Museum of Design and Applied Art, where guests will have the opportunity to observe her progress on new work. Morra is available at the museum’s gift shop and in Epal, Skeifan.
