Kjartan Óli Guðmundsson
I have a culinary degree and over 10 years of experience in the field. Lately I have been operating pop-ups called Borðhald. I work with local ingredients in a creative way, creating a connection between consumers and produce. I finished a BA-degree in product design from I.U.A. in 2019. In design I work with food in the broadest sense of the word. I think a lot about the interactions between humans and the environment and recently I have been obsessed with microbes.
