Leather. The sustainable co-product of food industry. Year after year, a significant percentage of cattle hides, and an even more significant percentage of fish skins are put into waste. Year after year, significant amounts of left-over leather is put into waste by garment industry. Year by year, our leather garments age, and many end up in waste. Year after year, megatons of short-lived cut flowers are put into waste. I turn leather into sustainable flowers.
